Starts December 2, 2017
Ends December 3, 2017

09:00 - 18:00

1417 W Anderson Ln, Austin TX 78757

All hands on deck! Join BSY’s Director of Yoga Teacher Training Madilyn McCarthy, E-RYT 500, PRYT and Licensed Massage Therapist and Yoga Teacher Andrea Taylor, RYT 500, LMT, for 2 full days of an immersion into why, where, and how to put your hands on your students. We will break down the ethics behind WHY and WHEN to assist or NOT to assist. We will cover proper body mechanics and HOW to assist to keep yourself and your students safe. We will study anatomy and alignment to ensure you are assisting safely and effectively. Lastly, we are SO stoked and proud to say we have a 1:4, teacher:students ratio during both 4 hour afternoons, as you gain experience and confidence assisting everybody in the training. That’s 8 hours of practice assisting time with experienced BSY teachers giving you direct, loving, and educational feedback on how to assist in the best way possible! This weekend is a total of 16 hours of Continued Education Units (CEU) towards Yoga Alliance standards to maintain your status as a Registered Yoga Teacher!
