It’s a daily practice, and sometimes even a moment to moment practice to keep our focus on the parts of our lives that bring us joy. Be kind to yourself. Just notice when you’re focus is drifting away from the things that make you feel good and practice lovingly (and patiently!) redirecting your focus back to the better feeling thoughts, feelings, activities and people in your life! ??
