Learn the drills and skills you need to level up your inversion practice!
Co-taught by Andrea Taylor (@move_yo_asana) and Hannah Haller (@gypsyon__)
We’ll spend the first 30 minutes warming up, moving and flowing. We’ll take time to learn which movements you’re doing in your regular practice that will help you strengthen your inversion practice. We will practice a variety of core strengthening drills that you should be practicing regularly, and some stretches to keep the hands, wrists, feet and ankles healthy! We will practice getting upside down with a variety of solo and partner drills, we may briefly dissect the forearm stand, but this workshop will focus more on the handstand!
This workshop is recommended for practitioners that have a regular inversion practice, but would like to “level up” their control and body awareness while upside down! Come play with us, and expect to make some new friends and learn all the best tips and tricks for playing (safely!) on your hands!
Ticket price: $40. We suggest purchasing it beforehand, but we will leave space for some drop ins.
