These are a few things that I love and use on a daily basis!
First up… These Clear Blue Blockers! I’m in Love!!
I’ve tried a variety of blue blockers, and many of them distort the actual colors you are seeing.. these clear blue blockers have the slightest effect, barely even noticeable, but you can see the blue light hitting and bouncing off the front of the lenses!
Although these blue blockers are supposed to transform into shaded glasses when the sun hits them, I’m not sure yet how well that function works, it’s been raining here for the past few weeks in Austin!
I found them here on Amazon! I thought it was a great deal!

It’s a daily practice, and sometimes even a moment to moment practice to keep our focus on the parts of our lives that bring us joy. Be kind to yourself. Just notice when you’re focus is drifting away from the things that make you feel good and practice lovingly (and patiently!) redirecting your focus back to the better feeling thoughts, feelings, activities and people in your life! ??
